Executive Selection Assessment
Evaluates a candidate across a comprehensive set of leadership competencies and traits at the Executive level (which HAP considers to be at the Senior Director/VP level and above). The Full Executive Assessment is comprised of a battery of online assessment measures, as well as an in-person interview with an experienced HAP executive assessor. Utilizing both the science and art of assessment, the Full Executive Assessment assesses an external candidate’s fit for the role, the team and the organizational strategy / culture.
