The HAP Senior Leader Assessment is designed to provide a more comprehensive analysis of key traits necessary for success in higher level management roles, such as Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director and VP.  This assessment includes additional measures of cognitive reasoning and personality characteristics to address the broad scope of responsibilities at the Senior Leader level as well as an in-depth consultant written summary that provides a robust picture of how the candidate’s strengths align with the position and how opportunity areas may impact performance. 

The Senior Leader+ Option includes a candidate phone interview with a HAP consultant and an expanded consultant written summary that weaves objective data from the assessment together with insights collected during the interview.
