MIC 1: 30-MINUTE ASSESSMENT*:
MIC I rates individual cognitive ability and personality traits for entry-level managers and team leaders across a variety of industries. Assessments include a selection report with advancement recommendations, follow-up interview questions, developmental report, and a tailored interpretation guide.
MIC 2: 60-MINUTE ASSESSMENT*:
MIC 2 is designed for mid-level managers and individual contributors offering the benefits of MIC I with added components for cognitive ability, personality traits, and competencies.
MIC 3: 60-MINUTE ASSESSMENT*:
MIC 3 enhances the features of MIC 2 by measuring additional personality traits and includes a written summary by an experienced HAP consultant.
